// Section 01: Universal Protocol

Vyncro is a space for developers and creators. We maintain a high standard of content. Any media (posts, avatars, banners) that includes illegal material, explicit NSFW content, or targeted harassment will be purged immediately.

// Section 02: Cyber-Security & Logic

As a tech-centric platform, we take security seriously. You are prohibited from using Vyncro to distribute:

• Malicious scripts, viruses, or ransomware logic.
• Phishing tools or stolen data databases.
• Exploits targeting the Vyncro infrastructure itself.

// Section 03: The Dev Hub Standard

The Dev Hub is for sharing functional and educational logic. Do not flood branches with spammy snippets. Always respect the licenses of open-source code you choose to port or modify.

// Section 04: Community Hierarchy

Each Branch may have its own sub-rules. Respect the moderators. Doxxing, hate speech, and extreme toxicity are grounds for a global account termination.
