User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vyncro ecosystem ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vyncro, Inc. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
To use Vyncro, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including session tokens and 2FA recovery codes).
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Dev Hub & Code Snippets
"As Is" Basis: All code snippets, scripts, and logic shared within the Dev Hub are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Vyncro is not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or security breaches resulting from the execution of shared logic. You acknowledge that executing code found on this platform is done at your own risk.
4. Content Ownership and Licensing
User-generated content (posts, code, comments) remains the property of the creator. However, by posting content on Vyncro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, backdoors, or phishing scripts.
- Automated scraping or data mining of the platform without prior written consent.
- Harassing, threatening, or infringing upon the intellectual property of other developers.
- Using Vyncro for any illegal activities or distribution of stolen data.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vyncro, its founders, or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vyncro’s website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Modifications to the Service
Vyncro reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
